It seems that the world has gone Hunger Games crazy. And we’re a little embarrassed to say that we actually don’t know too much about this story and haven’t read Suzanne Collin’s popular novel. SORRY.

What we do know is that the super-talented and Oscar nominated actress (Winter’s Bone) Jennifer Lawrence is the film’s main character, Katniss Everdeen. That alone will make us go and check out the Hunger Games.

The Hunger Games premiered in LA on March 12th, and the 21-year-old actress looked sensational in a gold Prabal Gurung dress, Jimmy Choo shoes and Jacob & Co. black diamond earrings. Celebrity makeup artist and Avon Global Creative Color Director Jillian Dempsey (yes, that’s McDreamy’s wife!) worked with the starlet to create a gorgeous red carpet look. (more…)

We are starting to appreciate Rose’s bob and bangs now. Sorry, we loved her long locks and were (at the time) shocked to see this new ‘do at the SAG Awards.

But we’re not talking about her hair in this post, no, we want to talk makeup, people.

What did you think of her Oscar’s makeup? We thought she looked beautiful, and wow, did her skin ever glow! (We hear her luminosity was due to the NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer used).
