The elements are tough on your delicate skin, especially during the winter. It takes a lot to protect yourself from feeling the effects of this harsh season. It is important to keep hydrated by drinking lots of water and tea, but often that is not enough. You need to treat skin differently by providing it with more moisture and nutrients.
