What could be better than spending a Friday afternoon at the nail salon? Um, nothing!
Today we sipped lattes and talked nails with Revlon Nail Expert and owner of Tips Nail Bar, Leeanne Colley and Revlon Canada’s Communiatiuon Manager, Lisa Gerardi. The hot topic was Revlon Colorstay Longwear Nail Enamel.
This new polish from the beauty giant promises gel-like shine and up to 11 days of chip-proof colour when used with the collection’s base and top coats. Now that is truly long-wearing.
We decided to go with a deep purple shade: Bold Sangria. LOVE IT.
Now the test will be to see how long it lasts. We are quite rough on our fingers. But, even if it only lasts a week it’s well worth it. Each bottle of polish is only $8.95.
We will update you over the next two weeks and let you know how it wears.
UPDATE: Day four and it’s all good. No chips and nails are still shiney-shiney.
UPDATE: Day six and it’s still on. No chips.
UPDATE: Day 8 and the colour is receding on the tips slightly. No chips.
UPDATE: Day 10. Took it off only because I wanted to try a new polish.
