Sadly, I had planned on making my 40th birthday, my turning point…but it just didn’t happen. Two weeks ago, I found myfitnesspal.com, and started using it (it’s free! YAY!) to help track what I was eating, etc. So far, so good! I’m actually pretty amazed at what I was eating, and how it was affecting me. I turned 43 on March 1st (2012)…I am determined to be fit by the time I am 45 years old…if not SOONER!!! I’d LIKE to say “Fit by 44″…so, we’ll see! Best wishes for you!
