Congrats on your tremendous progress (and for the need to go shopping for new clothes . Any tips or advice now that you are in Week 8 that has worked for you?
Thanks Celazome! So far my tips are: drink LOTS of water and cut out carbonated beverages and caffeine as they tend to dehydrate you. Eat LOTS of fresh fruit and veg. And cut out processed foods.
