Ok, I’m sorry but I don’t have a video for this week. My excuse? Preparing for Christmas and my folks coming to stay with the Hub and I. I have been looking after myself and eating well. And, I did have a Wii power-play with our Health & Fitness Editor the other night – so much fun!
