My biggest gripe is that I always look like I need about an extra week’s sleep, and sometimes that I have a pair of half-healed black eyes. Seriously. Dark under eye circles seem to be the bain of my existence – just call me Ms. Raccoon. And so far, very few concealers help to disguise the bluey-purple hue found under my eyes.
And, did you know that if you enter “dark under eye circles” into google.ca, 3,370,000 results appear? It seems that there are many people in the world who are also trying to figure out how to hide their dark circles.
I was very curious when Garnier sent me their Nutritioniste Skin Renew Anti-Dark-Circle Eye Roller as it stated it instantly reduces the appearance of dark circles and brightens the skin around the eyes. Could it really work?
Yes, I have noticed that my circles are much better. Check out these before and after pictures.
With Nutritioniste Skin Renew Anti-Dark-Circle Eye Roller
How To Use
After cleansing and moisturizing my face, I gently rolled the Skin Renew Anti-Dark-Circle Eye Roller under each eye – from the inner corner to the outer corner – one to two times. Next, I rolled it along my eyelids as these tend to be a bit dark too. Then I let the concealer sit on my skin for a couple of seconds before gently blending it in with my finger tips.
The roller ball feels so nice as it glides across the skin of your eyes; it’s like a little cool breeze. I could just keep rolling it – over and over again – but that would mean I would be really coated in product.
Why It Works
A caffeine gel formula and rollerball help energize and stimulate microcirulation. Lemon essence, known for its clarifying properties, brightens the eye. And the fantastic concealer, rich in mineral pigments, conceals dark circles.
I also like that it is Dermatologist tested, Opthalmologist tested, allergy tested and non-greasy.
