Passport to Gorgeous

Is it hot in here, or is it just us? Maybe it has something to do with The Body Shop’s new sizzling summer makeup collection boasting gorgeous shades of molten gold, bronze and coral. Inspired by the earth’s natural colours, the Nomadic Goddess Makeup Collection offers an exotic array of shimmering hues. Enriched with moisturizing Community Trade marula oil, (produced by 4,800 women at the Eudafano Co-operative in Namibia, a business owned and run entirely by women) it leaves the skin smooth and soft.

We’re loving the Italian Baked-To-Last Bronze ($24), a fusion of powder and pearl that’s baked on hot terracotta discs so their pure pigments fuse together to last longer. The eyeshadows ($14) in copper, moonstone and jade are stunning and can be applied wet for a look that’s sexy and intense or dry for that fresh-faced, girl-next-door look.

Add a hint of colour with the Delipscious line of eight sheer lip colours ($12) formulated with 100 percent food-grade ingredients including naturally derived ingredients, natural food flavouring and fruit seed oils. From sheer lychee to sheer watermelon, we can’t get enough of these mouth-watering flavours.

It looks like I can become a bronze goddess with this new Body Shop collection. I’ve used soaps, shower gels and body sprays from the Body shop but I’ve never used their makeup. I guess now I’ll have to stop by and take a closer look.

I’ve never tried the makeup from The Body Shop. I think I might just changed my mind after looking at this collection. The eyeshadows looks very pigmented which I like.
