It’s all about the face value. Don’t have time or money to get your hair and makeup done by professionals? Here are some beauty tips to get Kristin Cavallari’s look:

FACE
Not all of us live in the Hollywood Hills so we shall have to just make do with faux tans this winter. Start with Jergens Natural Glow Foaming Daily Moisturizer, which gradually creates natural-looking streak-free colour with a subtle skin darkening complex. To add a touch of bronze shimmer like Cavallari is sporting here, dust yourself with Esteé Lauder Bronze Goddess Soft Duo Bronzer.
EYES
Cavallari’s smokey eyes are smokin’ hot here. Dab a tiny bit of foundation onto your lids to create a base, then apply a soft gray pencil on top - like M.A.C. Graphic Garden Cool Eye Palette - and smudge gently. This will make it easy to blend. Top off with L’Oreal Paris Extra Volume Collagen Mascara.
LIPS
For a natural pout like Cavallari’s, we recommend Maybelline New York Color Sensational Lip Gloss in Pink Perfection.
HAIR
Up-dos are all the rage this season – ponytails, low buns and chignons. Smooth down dry hair with Aveda Beautifying Composition. Part hair in the middle and tie up with elastic for a secure ponytail.
NAILS
To top off this rock-chic look, go for a dark shade of polish this fall. We love M.A.C. Nail Lacquer in Baby Goth Girl.

Principle Makeup Artist, Jason Hoffman, has designed a gorgeous Halloween look using shu uemura products. Inspired by a German folklore, in which a siren called Lorelei, sat atop the crest of a mountain, beautifully singing to lure in unsuspecting navigators. Little did these suitors know they were actually being led into a deathly trap!
To capture Lorelei’s dramatic facade check out the step-by-step video below of Hoffman applying the look to a model.
