In case you aren’t sure what mineral makeup truly is, here are the basics:
1. Mineral makeup is made up of at least three minerals: zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and iron oxide.
2. These minerals are all inert, which means they won’t react with your skin or be absorbed by the skin.
3. These minerals can screen UVA/UVB rays, which is why mineral makeup has an SPF of 15-20 on average.
