April is skincare month here at Lipstick, Powder ‘n Paint and I wanted to bring your attention to a great article I just read online.

Real Simple Magazine is one of my favorite mags and their article “New Skin-Care Products with Natural Ingredients” focuses on products that use Pomegranate, Grapefruit, Mushroom, Pumkin and…Bamboo. Yes Bamboo. I was a little surprised, but maybe you are not. Did you know that finely milled bamboo powder is used as an exfoliant in cleansers and scrubs?
