Tropical Delights

The best vacation I ever had was my honeymoon in Maui. I can close my eyes and remember the smells, sounds and the feel of the sand in my feet.

When I received a box of delicious little samples from from Palm Sugar Spa (was The Scuba Bath Shop) and opened the cute little containers, Maui came flooding back. With Hawaiian style artwork and some tropical scents you’ll lose those rainy day blues.

Palm Sugar Spa products are handmade and include wonderful moisturizing ingredients such as Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter and Grapeseed Oil – to name a few.

Juici Bedarro Beach Butter

Call me crazy but I think this smells a bit like juicy fruit gum – yummy. This whipped Shea Butter cream literally melts into your skin and does not leave a greasy film behind but soft skin with a lovely sheen.

Ponce White Palm Cocoa Crème

At first glance the product almost looks like a lip balm as it is super shiny. This silky cream feels cool when applied and has a light fragrance of Lavender, Vanilla and White Musk. Ponce White Palm Cocoa Crème would feel so great after a day in the sun. Contains Cocoa Butter, Palm Kernel and Grapeseed Oil.

Isla Dulce Cayman Coconut Cream

Is a nourishing and soothing body moisturizer made with Coconut Oil & Vitamin E. This has the thickest consistency of the three samples – kind of between a rich body lotion and a body butter. It smooths over the skin easily and is great for areas such as knees, elbows and dry cracked feet. I like to apply a generous amount of the Cayman Coconut Cream to these areas at night and in the morning they are soft and supple.
