If you are looking for unique gift ideas, this is the place to go and shop. Open Sundaes is a product mecca. “Sweet-Inspired Bath and Body Products”, you almost think you are in a 1950’s candy/cake store.
All pastel colours and sweet fragrances draw you into this store. I know that my mouth was wide open at the awe inspiring display of goodies!
Open Sundaes has two store fronts - 982 Denman Street and 3742 West 10th both in Vancouver, BC.
Now I can hear you crying “But I don’t live in Vancouver!” Well not to worry. Open Sundaes has a online store too and they are offering 10% off all sales until the end of the summer.
Here are a couple of items that I personally LOVE:
Soak ‘n Melt Bath Dessert
Enhanced with rich cocoa butter leaving your skin soft and sweet. You just want to take a bite out of them…but please don’t.
Available in unique flavors like Birthday Cake, Strawberry Mousse, Lemon Merengue and more.
Cupcake Bubblebath
This is a great gift for a girlfriend. Even a great gift for your bridesmaids.
Bath Candy
These bath salts are the ultimate in luxury and higher in minerals than ordinary salts. With
three flavors to choose from these bath salts help to relieve aches and pains, prevent stiffness from exercise and relax the muscles. They are combined with pure essential oils for natural aromatherapy effects providing the perfect way to unwind after a stressful day!

Benefit’s The Weather Girl is the perfect makeup kit for Fall - with six hues of rich mochas, pearly champagnes and sheer mauves, for the lips and eyes. Avocado oil, jojoba, and aloe extract will keep your lips smooth and moisturized when the weather really gets chilly. Wear them separately or mix them to make your own custom look.
Once again Benefit has created unique packaging for this newer product - the palette looks like a 1960’s TV with a beautifully made up Weather Girl stating that there is “a 99% chance of me looking gorgeous!” With this palette, I would say that there is no doubt that anyone would have 100% probability of looking gorgeous!
My fav look at the moment is wearing my jeans with my chunky, chocolate brown wrap cardigan and then layering on these shimmer eye shadows and finishing off with the lip cream in Rose. It looks really great!
Fall is looking better and better every day!

Jennifer and Fiona Lees from Toronto were in the search of the perfect lipgloss - aren’t we all! They decided if they couldn’t find it, they would develop their own. After years of working with a cosmetic manufacturer they developed a formula using only the finest ingredients to produce a high-shine, moisturizing lip-gloss.
What really caught my eye when I saw this product is the packaging. Balmshell has developed the most unique, creative packaging, I think I have ever seen. Each of the 10 glosses has its own floating art story inside - kind of like those pens you can get.
DARLING YOU LOOK FABULOUS
Sheer Hot Cherry Red ~ for those fabulous nights on the town!

Illustration description
This is a story of how a Balmshell prepares for a night out on the town. The story begins with a woman wrapped in her favorite plush terry cloth towel as she is getting ready for the big night. She then glides behind a changing screen and when she comes out, “Ta-Da!” she is effortlessly dressed and ready. She looks into the mirror and thinks to herself, “Darling you look fabulous!”
Each amusing story aims to celebrate the inner goddess that exists in all women.
When finished with your lip gloss unscrew the “float art” top and screw it into the keychain component provided in the packaging.
So far these delightful art glosses are only available in Canada and the UK but Balmshell will be opening their online store in the next little while so keep your eyes peeled.
$25.00 CDN
